The right of withdrawal is the right buyer / consumer to be their obligations under the contract.

How to exercise this right:

* As regards the supply of goods, the consumer may cancel within ten working days after delivery of the goods, provided all the disclosure requirements have been fulfilled by the seller before concluding the contract. Assuming that in vendor has failed to fulfill its disclosure obligations before the conclusion of the contract, the withdrawal may be exercised by the buyer within 3 months after the conclusion of the contract, if within three months after the conclusion of the contract the seller shall to send that information to the consumer the term regresses back to 10 days from receipt thereof;

* assuming the provision of services, apply the same terms of 10 days. and 3 months, depending on the performance of immediate or deferred obligations to provide written confirmation of information about the professional vendor, but from the date of the contract.

What are the limits and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal? The withdrawal right can be exercised at all times, except in the following cases:

a) provision of services if performance has begun, with the agreement of the purchaser, before the expiry of ten working days from the date of termination of the contract;

b) supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market outside the supplier's control;

c) supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized or which by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

d) supply of audio or computer software unsealed by the consumer;

e) supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines.

Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, a consumer who wishes to terminate must send, within the terms indicated above, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt by the office of the seller. By the same dates is permitted, the notice of withdrawal even by telegram, telex, fax and even email, unless subsequent confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the next 48 hours.
